Supercrane is experienced in the design, manufacture, installation and service of explosion proof cranes for all applications in Class 1 (gas) and Class2 (dust) hazardous environments to specification including Ex-e, Ex-d and Dip.

In addition to the design and manufacture of new cranes, Supercrane is experienced in refurbishing or rebuilding old cranes to meet current safety standards.

Our experience also extends to the manufacture and installation of goods lifts and dumb waiters to commercial and residential premises.

Hoists

Supercrane supplies and installs a complete range of Electric, Pneumatic, Wire Rope and Manual hoists.

Since 1997 Supercrane has been the exclusive distributors of electric wire rope hoists from Misia Paranchi, Italy's largest producer of electric hoists. Misia's product is manufactured to ISO 9002 standards and is successfully operating in Supercrane installations around the world.

In addition to Misia, Supercrane, through its vast experience and knowledge of the crane industry has access to most other major manufacturers and is able to supply other brands of hoist on request.
Winches

Supercrane specialise in conveyor take-up winches needed for the operation within the mining industry, our designs range from 2t to 60t, either with fixed drives, or a removable drive in order to service a selection of winches on site.

Supercrane design and manufacture a complete range of winches to suit any application. Each Supercrane winch is custom built according to rope diameters, amount of rope to be stored on the drum and the line pull speed required.
Sheaves

Supercrane also design and manufacture a complete range of take-up sheaves to suit any application.

Our standard selection of shave diameters are Ø300, Ø400, Ø500, Ø600, 800 and 1100. All sheaves are located in Supercrane designed and fabricated sheave frames
